It all begins with an idea. Gilbanks were looking for their first city centre service office operation. It had to be in a central location and within a building which housed existing professional firms. Pinsent Mason had surplus space are were looking to quietly dispose to a company who shared their long term vision for the building. Jonathan brought the two parties together and brokered the deal which allows Pinsents to reduce costs and Gilbanks to create their stunning serviced office.
