Jonathan has become a trusted advisor to Hiscox over the past 10 years, during which time he supported their Real Estate Team on a number of UK & European projects.

In early 2021, Jonathan provided support to the Real estate team whilst their Head of Property was on sabbatical leave. Occprops undertook a review of the Hiscox UK portfolio and identified several areas where flexibility & cost savings could implemented

Other projects undertake have included;

• Nationwide Search & Acquisition of a 50,000 sq ft Regional HUB in York

• Co-ordination of Project NOLL - 30,000 sq ft decentralisation project

• European expansion support in Germany & Portugal

• Implementing a Global Data site for their various property lease documents
